| When we meet you in Moscow we will give you a set of keys for the apartment which will have on it the apartment name, the floor of the building that you are in and the key code to gain access through the entrance door (some apartments have a key code, some an electromagnetic key and some have both options). In addition to that, we will give you a small business card in your welcome pack, which has on it our contact telephone number and name and the full address and telephone number of the apartment. We suggest that you place the business card in your wallet or purse and carry it with you at all times, so that you will always have access to both our contact telephone number and the apartment address. For security reasons, ours and yours, we do not have the address on the keys - in case they are lost or someone is able to read the address while you are handling the keys. In the event that the keys are lost, we will change the apartment locks as a security precaution in any event - the reason you will lose your security deposit for losing the keys. |
