| If you get lost or disorientated and cannot find your way back to the apartments, there are two solutions. Firstly you can stop anyone on the street and ask them where Novy Arbat is. Even though most people will not speak English, they will understand that you are a foreigner and will normally help you. Novy Arbat street is a major street that every person living in Moscow (if not Russia) will know of and most will also know which direction to walk to find it. The apartment buildings have numbers on them, so once you are in Novy Arbat, finding the apartment building will be straight forward. Secondly if you find the whole thing too daunting and are completely confused or worried, you can call us. The card you carry with the apartment address, also has on it our local Russian mobile number, and you will simply need to dial that number to reach us. We will then help you out. |
