| There are many medical clinics in Moscow and a number of "Western" clinics that offer English speaking Doctors and medical staff, with some of the staff being foreigners (not Russian) and having gained their qualifications overseas, some of the staff being Russians having gained thier qualifications overseas and some staff being either foreigners or Russian, that have gained their qualifications in Russia. These clinics will generally also be able to assist in more languages than just English, but that is the most common foreign language spoken. A number of the clinics catering for foreigners are open 24 hours and also offer an in-house dispensary/phamacy/chemist service. Price wise they are NOT inexpensive and if you area able to speak Russian or have a friend that can translate for you, there are many local Russian clinics that can provide an equal standard of service for prices that range from the same, to much less. |
