Each of our apartments has a TV in it.  The TV will show local Russian free to air television programs.  In addition to that, we have each apartment setup with either Satellite TV or Internet TV, which provides the same Russian free to air television channels, but also a range of other channels that offer English and other language TV programs.  The complete list and details of the available channels and languages available are provided in the website.  Those links are reproduced here:
