| In theory yes you can. However, as means of payment they are becoming more and more rare and very few shops (if any) will accept them as a form of payment. In order to use traveller's cheques you will need to cash them at either a Bank or agency (such as American Express) and then use the cash to make payments. We do not accept travellers cheques. and would not recommend them as a means of payment in Moscow and paticularly outside of major cities. |
