| Anyone can use the services of Russia Post to both receive and send post. To send post does not usually require you to produce any identification and for receiving normal post it is the same, but if you receive larger post or parcels or special delivery post, then you will need to show some identification - usually your passport. When addressing mail for delivery within Russia the order for writing things is the person's name, followed by the Postal Code and Country, then the City, followed by Street Address. When identifying an apartment number, you would refer to the street number first, then the building number of that street number (many street numbers have several buildings attached to them), followed by the apartment number. |
